  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM GMT will be processed on the following business day.
  • Order processing times may be extended during promotional periods or high-demand seasons.

Domestic Shipping:

  • We currently offer domestic shipping within the island of Ireland.

International Shipping:

  • We regret to inform you that we do not currently offer international shipping. We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve our global customers better.

Shipping Delays:

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Fleming Distribution is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

Returns Due to Failed Deliveries:

  • In the event that an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may be charged.
